Lead for Ground-based Mid-course Defense (GMD) Launch Site Components (LSC)(BMDS):


  • Managed the preparation and execution of subsystem test activities, chaired test product and readiness reviews, maintained the integrated master test schedule.



  •  Performed requirements analysis, specification development, and verification management.



  •  Developed LSC test program and system master test plan and detailed test plans for component elements.



  • Guided test program through successful program reviews; SRRs, SDR, PDR, and CDR.



  • Provided specific guidance for development of individual components and subsystem, and system level test products and IOC determination support.


  • Test safety coordination.
